If you signed up for DigitalPage using Sign in with Apple and selected Hide My Email, Apple forwards DigitalPage emails through a private relay address.
However, when Email Forwarding (Forward To) is turned off in your Apple Account settings, DigitalPage emails may not reach you. As a result, the following features may not work properly or may be limited:
Receiving password reset emails
Export Page
Receiving important service notices
How to fix (iPhone/iPad)
Open Settings → tap your Apple Account (name) → iCloud
Tap Hide My Email
Select DigitalPage, then check:
Turn Forward To back on (if it’s off)
Make sure the correct forwarding email address is selected
On Mac
System Settings → Apple Account (name) → iCloud → Hide My Email → choose the correct Forward To address.
If emails still don’t arrive right away, try again after a short while (e.g., resend a password reset email) and re-check the selected forwarding address.
