SNS Login: Email Settings

DigitalPage requires an email address for account security and essential communication.
If your SNS login has no email (or email delivery is blocked), these features may be unavailable or limited:

Features affected when email is unavailable

  • Receiving password reset emails
  • Export Page
  • Important service notices

Why this happens (common causes)

  1. Your SNS account doesn’t have an email address, or the email isn’t being shared with DigitalPage
  2. The SNS provider restricts email sharing/delivery due to account status or settings
  3. With Sign in with Apple + Hide My Email, Email Forwarding (Forward To) is turned off in your Apple Account settings

How to fix (recommended order)

  1. In your SNS provider settings, make sure your account has a valid email address (add/restore it if needed).
  2. Apple (Hide My Email): Turn Email Forwarding (Forward To) back on for DigitalPage.
  3. Sign in to DigitalPage again and confirm emails can be delivered
