These AI (Artificial Intelligence) Terms and Conditions apply to the use of AI features on DigitalPage.
Improving DigitalPage AI. DigitalPage does not use members’ customer data or allow others to use members’ customer data to train machine learning models. Additionally, it does not grant rights or licenses to use members’ customer data to train machine learning models.
AI and machine learning models may improve over time to better handle specific use cases. The company may improve the models using data collected from members’ use of DigitalPage AI if the member (i) voluntarily provides feedback by positively or negatively rating the Output; or (ii) grants permission for the company to use data collected from the member’s use of DigitalPage AI.
Input and Output. Members provide input (“Input”) to be processed by DigitalPage AI and receive output (“Output”) generated and returned by DigitalPage AI based on the Input (“Output”). When using DigitalPage AI, Input and Output are considered the member’s customer data. Members are responsible for the development, content, operation, maintenance, and use of their customer data. Members must ensure that their Input, use of DigitalPage AI, and Output do not (i) violate applicable laws; (ii) breach these AI Terms and Conditions or any agreements; or (iii) infringe, violate, or misuse the rights of the company or third parties. Given the nature of the technology powering machine learning and DigitalPage AI, Output may not be unique, and DigitalPage AI may generate identical or similar Output for DigitalPage or third parties.
DigitalPage AI Feature Use Restrictions. Members must not use DigitalPage AI or its Output to (i) develop foundational models or other large-scale models that compete with DigitalPage or DigitalPage AI; (ii) mislead others into thinking that Output generated by the service were entirely human-generated; (iii) generate content for distribution in spam or election campaigns; or (iv) use it in ways that violate technical documentation, usage guidelines, or parameters.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER. DIGITALPAGE DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF DIGITALPAGE AI OR THE ACCURACY OF ANY OTHER INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH DIGITALPAGE AI. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY MATERIAL AND/OR DATA OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF ANY DIGITALPAGE AI FEATURE IS DONE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. YOU SHOULD NOT RELY ON FACTUAL ASSERTIONS IN OUTPUT WITHOUT INDEPENDENTLY FACT CHECKING THEIR ACCURACY. OUTPUT THAT APPEAR ACCURATE BECAUSE OF THEIR DETAIL OF SPECIFICITY MAY STILL CONTAIN MATERIAL INACCURACIES. DIGITALPAGE AI CANNOT DYNAMICALLY RETRIEVE INFORMATION, AND OUTPUT MAY NOT ACCOUNT FOR EVENTS OR CHANGES TO UNDERLYING FACTS OCCURRING AFTER THE AI MODEL WAS TRAINED. NO INFORMATION OR ADVICE, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM DIGITALPAGE OR THROUGH DIGITALPAGE AI SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.
New Features. DigitalPage may introduce new AI features from time to time. In such cases, DigitalPage may amend these AI Terms and Conditions to integrate these additional features and functionalities.
